Know who you’re talking to before you say a word.

Before a negotiation, a tough meeting or a difficult personal conversation, you’ll understand how the other person thinks, what they need to hear, and how to say it so it lands.

Sounds familiar?

  • You explain it clearly. They hear something else entirely.
  • The meeting went well. Then nothing happened.
  • They agree to everything and do none of it.
  • With one person, it ends in the same argument.
  • There’s a conversation you’ve been putting off for weeks.
  • At 2 a.m. you’re still replaying it: what should I have said?

It’s rarely what you say. It’s how and who you say it to.

The approach

What wins one person loses another.

Facts won’t reach someone who needs to feel heard. Pressure won’t move someone who needs time. You lose them, and you never find out why.

Before the conversation starts, know who you’re talking to: what they need to hear, what they fear, and how they decide.

01
“Let me look at the details first.”

The one who needs proof

What drives them
Certainty, logic and feeling safe. Pressure makes them slow down, not speed up.
How to reach them
Facts, structure and time to think. Give them the details before you ask for an answer.
If you misread them
You push for a quick answer and get “let me think about it.” Then silence.
02
“I need to know who I’m dealing with.”

The one who needs trust

What drives them
Relationships, feeling heard, and how a decision will affect the people involved.
How to reach them
Warmth, attention and no rush. They agree with a person before they agree with an idea.
If you misread them
You go straight to the point, and they feel handled, not heard. They nod, then quietly pull away.
03
“So what’s the bottom line?”

The one who needs control

What drives them
Speed, results, and the feeling that the final call is theirs.
How to reach them
Short, clear options and a choice they can own. Long explanations lose them.
If you misread them
You over-explain or decide for them, and they push back just to stay in charge.

Real people are a mix, and the mix shifts under pressure.

A client, a manager, a colleague, someone close to you: each of them hears you in their own way. That’s what we work out together: who exactly you’re dealing with, and what to say, in what order, at which moment.

Work together

Start with the situation you’re in right now.

For professionals, leaders and business owners, and whose important conversations are too costly to get wrong, at work or in life. We work on your real situation and the real people in it.

  1. 01

    Before a conversation that matters

A deal or a contract. A salary talk or a promotion. A hard conversation with a co-founder, a boss or someone close, about money, a move or a big decision. Any conversation where you want something is a negotiation.

We read the other person, predict their reactions and objections, and build your plan: what to say, in what order, where to give way and where to hold.

You get: a prep session before the conversation and a debrief after.

The result: you walk in knowing how they’re likely to react, you stay steady when they push, and you don’t give up more than you have to, or burn the relationship to get it.

    Prepare my conversation
  2. 02

    In the room with you

Some conversations are too important to go into alone, and move too fast to think everything through on the spot. I join the negotiation as your silent advisor, in person or online. While you talk, I watch the other side: their reactions, their real priorities, what tactics they use on you.

You get: a short prep before, my read of the other side during the negotiation, and a debrief after.

The result: now you know what’s happening across the table, and you adjust in time. Now you are ready for the next smart move.

    Discuss shadowing
  3. 03

    Workshops and training

For teams, companies and events. When it’s not about one conversation but about how people talk to clients, partners and each other. From a one-hour talk to a three-day training, built around your real situations, not generic scripts.

You get: a format tailored to your goals, practical tools for reading people and leading difficult conversations, and exercises on your team’s own cases.

The result: your people recognise who they’re talking to and adjust on the spot, and the whole team shares one language for difficult conversations.

    Plan a workshop
  4. 04

Express session: what do I do now?

A decision about someone that can’t wait. A conversation tomorrow you’re not sure how to handle. You don’t need a full strategy. You need a clear answer.

You get: a short online session (45 minutes). You describe the situation, I ask the right questions, and we look at your options together.

The result: you know what to do next, and why. Today, not in a week.

    Book an express session

The price depends on the format and scope of your case. I name it after a short free conversation – before you commit to anything.

About me

I learned to read people because my own money depended on it.

Everything I teach, I first tested on my own deals. Since 2008 I’ve founded four companies and sold three.

So I’ve sat where you’re sitting. I know what it costs to misread someone: in money, in time, in relationships.

Every business was built in conversations: hiring and leading teams, bargaining with suppliers, winning partners and clients, and finally negotiating the sale. For 14 years I’ve done it in Dubai, with people from very different cultures.

Before that, I spent eight years teaching business communication and interpreting. That’s where I first saw how the same words land completely differently with different people.

And some of my hardest negotiations were with relatives and friends, people I didn’t want to lose. They taught me that winning the argument and keeping the person are two different skills. You need both.

Behind the experience is method. I’m certified in the Process Communication Model (PCM), an NLP Practitioner and a Conflict Manager, and I’m writing a book on negotiation personality types.

You get what has already worked when the stakes were real. We work on your real situation, and you leave with a plan you can use the same week.

  • Confidential.Names, details and people stay between us.
  • Your situation, not a course.Real people, real conversations.
  • Ready for Monday.A plan for your next conversation, not theory for someday.
Testimonials

What clients say.

Feedback from business owners and leaders I have worked with.

“The difference was remarkable.”

We invited Anna to shadow the meeting, observe both our team and the customer, and help us prepare for the next round of discussions.

We were recently working with a major customer in the region, and presenting a complex software solution. We knew that multiple stakeholders were involved and that it would take several meetings.

We needed to understand the people in the room, how they processed information and how best to communicate with them.

Anna thoroughly analysed our messaging, and our team’s tone of communication. She compared these with the customer’s reactions, engagement and questions. The results were truly eye-opening.

Anna helped us see things we hadn’t noticed. Her observations highlighted specific words, phrases and questions that resonated with individual stakeholders, and, more importantly, helped us understand why.

Anna then delivered a follow-up workshop for our team, explaining how different people listen, interpret and process information, and how to adapt our communication style to each stakeholder.

Based on the insights, we reviewed our entire presentation and adjusted our messaging.

The difference was remarkable. Stakeholders who had previously seemed disengaged became actively involved, asked numerous questions and requested follow-up meetings. This helped us move the discussions forward much faster than we had initially expected.

What I particularly valued about working with Anna was that she didn’t just tell us how to communicate better. She showed us what we were missing, explained why it mattered, and helped us turn those insights into practical changes that made a real difference.

“She helped us see what we couldn’t see from inside the conversation.”

Working with Anna during our negotiations with Grandiose, retail groceries.

Anna joined the meetings as a Shadow Negotiator, observed the conversations, and then provided a detailed analysis and debrief to help us understand what was happening beyond the words and plan our next steps.

Her insights helped us identify where communication was getting stuck, better understand the other side’s perspective, and adjust our approach.

As a result, communication became clearer, our business relationship grew stronger, and the negotiation process became more efficient and productive.

What I particularly appreciated was that Anna didn’t negotiate for us. She helped us see what we couldn’t see from inside the conversation and make better decisions ourselves.
